Always rebuilt

What always changes, even before the first design exists

A template is a proven starting structure. What ships is your firm's own site.

  • Your own colours and type

Chosen for your brand, never left as a default.

  • Every sentence rewritten

Written from your onboarding answers, in your voice, for your return types.

  • Your own photos

Or licensed imagery chosen for your practice, never a stock photo left in place.

  • Your offices and hours

Built from your actual locations, not a placeholder address.

The route

From template to launch

  1. 01You submit the onboarding form with your services, offices and brand.

  2. 02We rebuild the structure around your content, not the other way around.

  3. 03You review a staging link and request changes before anything goes live.

Before you look further

What does TaxFirmWebStudio actually build for a tax practice?

A custom-coded website with a page for every return type you prepare, a page for every office, a document intake form that routes into your CRM, and a season readiness checklist your firm controls. It is fully managed after launch: weekly detail updates, researched articles, and hosting are all included in the monthly fee.

Can the site support multiple offices or a seasonal location?

Yes. Every plan includes a page per office with its own address, hours and map, and a seasonal office can open or close as a weekly detail update rather than a revision. A firm running three storefronts for four months a year is a normal build for us, not a special case.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on The Front Desk, 10 on The Busy Season while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on The Year-Round Practice with the Content Engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. New page, new return type, updated fees, a different photo, a colour change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build two new office pages, here is the copy and the photos for both" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size.

Do I own the website and the domain?

The domain is registered in your firm's name, not ours, and the content is yours. Cancel with the notice set out in the terms, tell us where to send the domain, and we transfer it at no charge. If you already own a domain we point it at the new site instead, and your email records are untouched because they live on the domain rather than on the website.

I already have a website from a previous filing season. Can you move it over?

Yes. Send us the current site address and any content you want carried forward, such as return-type descriptions, staff bios and existing articles, and we rebuild it inside the new structure. Old page addresses are redirected so a returning client's saved link or a search result still lands on the new site.

Do you build location pages for my offices?

Yes, one per address, each with its own hours, map, directions, the preparers based there and its own local markup, so each office can rank in its own neighborhood instead of competing with its sister offices for one result. We build service-area pages for the places your firm genuinely serves, and we will not produce pages for towns you do not work in: thin location pages are detectable, get filtered and damage the rest of the site.

Which policy pages come with my website?

A privacy policy and terms written for what your site actually collects, a cookie policy backed by consent that genuinely stops analytics and marketing scripts firing before a visitor agrees, a disclaimer, and an accessibility panel built into the site rather than bolted on. They are built to help your firm meet the obligations a professional website has. They are not legal advice, and we are not your counsel, so have anything you are unsure of reviewed and tell us what to change.
