By card, through Stripe, the moment you order. It starts your monthly subscription and it is the whole payment today. The build fee is not charged, and there is nothing else to settle before work starts.

About fifteen minutes. Return types, offices, hours, checklists, brand, and where inquiries should land. Anything you do not have yet can follow later.

We walk through your answers, fill the gaps, and agree the launch date. The build clock starts here, not at purchase.

Live in 7 days on The Front Desk, 10 on The Busy Season, 15 on The Year-Round Practice. You see it before anyone else does and tell us what to change.

The site goes live
Your client portal opens the same day, with 5 revisions a month waiting in it. The build fee would normally be invoiced at this point. On an order placed by 31 December 2026 it is not invoiced at all.

Gather what you can before the onboarding call. None of it has to be finished, and a missing item never holds up the build.
Open the onboarding form- The return types and services you offer, including anything beyond preparation such as bookkeeping or payroll.
- Every office address and its hours, and whether any location is seasonal.
- Your document checklist for each return type. A rough version is fine, we tidy it.
- Where inquiries should land: a CRM, an inbox or a phone number.
- Your logo and brand colours, if you already have them. If you do not, we draw them.
- Preparer names, credentials and photos for the people you want on the site.

What am I charged today?
The first month of the plan you pick, paid by card through Stripe when you order, and nothing else. The plan then renews every month as a subscription. The $797 one-time build fee is struck off every order placed up to and including 31 December 2026, so it is not invoiced at launch either. Domain and hosting sit inside the monthly figure.
Does the waiver change the monthly price?
No. $137, $297 plus AI usage and $747 a month are exactly what they always are. The only thing removed is the one-time build fee, which is normally invoiced after your site is live.
When does the waiver end, and does it reset?
It runs to the end of 31 December 2026 and it does not reset. There is no rolling timer on this page and no counter that starts again when you reload it. The date is the date, and it is the same date in our billing system.
How soon is my site live after I order?
7 days on The Front Desk, 10 on The Busy Season while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on The Year-Round Practice with the Content Engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner your form is in, the sooner you are live.
Can I move to another plan after I have ordered?
Yes. Tell us in your client portal and we move you at the start of the next billing month. Moving up adds the features straight away; moving down takes effect from the next invoice. The build fee waiver applies to the order, not to the plan, so changing plan later does not bring the fee back.
I already have a website. Does ordering here mean losing it?
No. Send us the current address and anything you want carried forward, such as return-type descriptions, staff bios and existing articles, and we rebuild it inside the new structure. Old page addresses are redirected so a returning client’s saved link still lands on the new site, and your current site stays up until the new one is approved.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. All sales are final, including monthly fees and extra revisions. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing, which we correct within 10 working days of you telling us. We say that plainly here rather than after you have paid. Do I have to sign a contract or commit to a term?
No. There is no minimum term. To stop the next invoice, email us at least 2 business days before your renewal date during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. Your site stays live and fully managed to the end of the month you have paid for.
Do you prepare returns or advise on my clients’ filings?
No. We build and manage the website. We are not a tax preparation, tax resolution or accounting firm, we hold no preparer credentials, and nothing published on your site is advice for a specific filer. Your preparers handle every tax decision.
