Questions about these case studies
Are these real practices?
Yes. Every case study comes from a real client record, and the person quoted on each page agreed to be named with their role. The practice itself is described by type, region and size rather than by name.
Do these case studies describe tax results?
No. Every one is about website work: how a site explains a practice, how an inquiry form behaves and how a message reaches the right person. We are not a tax preparation, tax resolution or accounting firm, and none of these pages describes or predicts a tax outcome.
How long did the work take?
Between 10 and 25 working days after the practice approved its content, including staff review and handover. Each case file states its own timeline.
Why are most of them about intake?
Because that is where a tax practice website tends to fail first: the contact page, the form, the confirmation and who answers the message. Those are the parts of a site a busy season tests hardest.
